Upon completion of the Adventure, the Guide will request payment from the customer through the Adventure IO platform. Once the customer confirms the charge, Adventure IO will collect the complete payment plus any additional tips, and pay guides (less the 20% platform fee) on a weekly basis (every Friday) via direct deposit using the guides provided account information via the "Account" tab within the Adventure IO App.
