What if Weather Affects my Booked Adventure?

            We understand that weather can restrict your ability to host an outdoor Adventure. In the event that an Adventure is cut short or severely impacted by weather, Guides have the ability to charge a custom amount (less than the original booking). This amount is to be determined (in good faith) by both the Guide and the participant upon the completion of the Adventure. You can then enter this custom charge amount into the Adventure IO app by following these steps:

            1. Log in as a guide
            2. Select the "My Adventures" tab < today
            3. Select the "Request Payment" button on the appropriate booking
            4. You will be prompted to either charge the full amount, or a custom amount.
