Booking vs. Sharing
Once you’ve found the perfect Adventure for your client there are two booking options - option 1 is to book on behalf of your client using a corporate card, and option 2 is to send to your client to book on their own card. When sending to a client to book, AIO produces a unique traceable smartlink that records to booking to the agents profile for commission.
Option 1 - BOOKING: Book on behalf of your client using a corporate card.
1. Select an Adventure and date.
2. Select client and pay with corporate card
3. Success. User receives booking confirmation.
Option 2 - SHARING : Share the Adventure with your client to be booked independently. An Adventure IO Smart Link will be delivered to the user which traces the Adventure and records the booking back to the agent’s account for commissions.
1. Select send to a client to book.
2. Select client to deliver Adventure details.
3. Client receives an email to complete
booking.
